Programs
We
offer age-specific classes and within most age groups, we offer beginner,
intermediate and advanced classes. This enables us to provide personalized
instruction in small class groups.
Our professionally trained and highly qualified staff members provide the ultimate
Martial Arts learning experience to our students. Our instructors receive ongoing
training every week to ensure that they provide the highest quality experience for
every student in every one of our classes.
Here is an overview of our programs:
Lil' Samurai Program

Children have fun developing balance and coordination while beginning the process
of learning positive character traits.
Junior Program
for ages 7 – 12, focuses on physical skills as well as emotional and mental
well-being. Children have fun while learning a wide range of skills. This is a
comprehensive program culminating with the attainment of a Junior Black Belt.

such as holds, arm-locks, leg-locks, and strikes to subdue the opponent.
Krav Maga – In addition to our traditional
adult program, we also offer Krav Maga, the official self-defense system used by the
Israeli military. This program is battlefield tested and proven to quickly eliminate
physical threats.
We recognize that people begin our programs in a wide range of physical conditioning.
We tailor our programs to fit any physical conditions or concerns you may have. You
do not compete with anyone. Instead, you learn to measure your progress against your
own potential.
